ZAP replaces the Microsoft Windows standard Alt-Tab window manager, and additionally offers features which are constantly required at work with the PC but often missing.

The Alt-Tab Manager dialog shows the complete list of windows and titles, the selection or activation is done via Alt-Tab keys or directly by using the mouse.













With Ctrl-Tab an additional window manager is available, the displayed windows can be restricted to specific applications. Immediately after the installation the Ctrl-Tab window manager is customized to show only SAP GUI windows. If you are used to work with multiple Modes in SAP  this functionality is a must. Of course, the filter to display special application windows could be customized, e.g.  for spreadsheet or text editing  applications or others that require working with multiple windows.

Screen shot, Screen Capture functions are always available via hotkeys.

„Ctrl-Shift-S“: Copies the complete (Screen)
„Ctrl-Shift-W“: copies the active window (Window)

„Ctrl-Shift-R:“ enables copying a region by using the mouse(Region)

By default the screen capture is sent to the clipboard. Additionally the output could be directly sent to the standard printer or into a BMP or JPG file. If you select the file storage function, the image files are automatically saved to the "My Documents \ My Pictures \ ZAP" directory with the date and time information added. The quality (and size) of the JPG files can be adjusted.

By selecting a target application (text editing, presentation or spreadsheet, .., application) this target application is directly shown when a screen shot was taken. If you do documentations where a lot of pictures are needed, this will help you to save time and work.
